Spa Policies & Guest Information

Thank you for choosing Santorini Zen Spa. Whether you visit one of our Spa locations or enjoy a treatment at your private Villa or yacht, please take a moment to review our Policies before booking.

1. Reservations & Payments

•      All reservations require advance payment or a valid credit card guarantee.

•      Spa services cannot be charged to hotel room accounts.

•      All prices are quoted in Euros (€) per person unless otherwise (per Couple) stated.

•      Gratuities are not included.

•      Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed reservations will always be honored at the agreed price.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that travel plans may change.

  •      More than 24 hours before the appointment: No charge.
  •        Less than 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows: 100% charge applies.

All Cancellations or changes must be confirmed directly by Santorini Zen Spa via our Travelotopos online Booking System.

3. Arrival & Late Policy

Please arrive 20 minutes before your appointment.

  •         Up to 15 minutes late: Treatment may be shortened or rescheduled.
  •        More than 15 minutes late: Appointment will be considered a no-show and charged in full.

4. Refund Policy

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Please note that Stripe, PayPal, banks, and card issuers may require additional processing time. Any non-refundable transaction fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

5. During Your Spa Experience

  •        Please allow approximately 10 minutes for Consultation, changing, and showering.
  •        Our Standard Couples massage team consists of one male and one female therapist.
  •        Specific therapist gender requests must be made during booking and are subject to availability.
  •        Mobile phones should remain silent during treatments.
  •        Professional draping procedures are used at all times to ensure privacy and comfort.
  •        Open communication with your Spa therapist is encouraged to personalize your experience.

6. Health & Safety

Your wellbeing is our highest priority.

Please inform us before your treatment if you have:

  •        Pregnancy
  •        Active cancer
  •        High blood pressure
  •        Cardiovascular conditions
  •        Recent surgery or injury
  •        Any medical condition that may affect your treatment

A Health Intake Form must be completed before your session.

For safety reasons, pregnant guests, nursing mothers, and guests with active cancer may only receive our Rejuvance Face Massage unless written medical clearance is provided.

Santorini Zen Spa reserves the right to modify, postpone, or decline a treatment if we believe it may compromise a guest’s health or safety.

7. Respectful Environment

Santorini Zen Spa is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and relaxing environment for guests and therapists alike.

Any inappropriate, abusive, intoxicated, sexually suggestive, or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

8. Children & Teens

  •        Minimum age for treatments: 14 years old.
  •        Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and provide written consent.

PERSONAL DATA

Data We Collect

Online reservation procedure

Guests of third party websites are asked to give personal data in order to complete their online reservations. The data they are asked to give are upon the administrator – controller of the system.

Data given automatically

There are many instances that we get data automatically. Such data are: IP address, type of device, location, date and time of accessing our system, pages that are visited and clicked, from which website someone came to our system, browser that is used, software that is used in the device or computer.

Data given from other sources

Our booking engines are integrated with other websites (online wholesalers, Online Travel Agents, etc) who are giving data about completed reservations. The data are used from controllers (administrators) for managing purposes.

Data we share with others

We share the above personal data with third party systems for basic purposes of completing an online reservation. For example, we use a third party mail provider for security reasons (to avoid emails going to spam). Our systems are cloud and we use hosting services of Amazon.com (https://aws.amazon.com/security/) . In addition in some instances we share data with third party systems for managing or accounting purposes of the controller (administrator). Also we share data with banks and online payment gateways for successful secure transactions.

Health & Safety

COVID-19 Policy We would like to inform you that we have amended our operating procedures, in response to COVID-19. These amended procedures have been implemented to ensure our guests are safe and protected throughout their spa experience. We have introduced new Policies for Reservations, meaning we will need to ask you some additional questions during the booking. Our hygiene protocols have always been of the highest standards and we have introduced additional sanitizing procedures throughout the spa. These are outlined in the pre-arrival information email. We would like to provide you with as much information as possible prior to arrival, so on the day, you can fully immerse yourself into the spa experience. We need to check if you have any medical conditions that may affect your treatment or visit. Please be assured that all information will be held confidentially in line with Data Protection and GDPR. We will ask if you or any member of your household has had any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days, including minor; Fever, Cough, Breathlessness, Headaches, Sore Throat. Should you feel unwell or develop any symptoms within 24 hours of your appointment, the cancellation charge will be waived, as the wellbeing of our guests is our priority. If you are unsure whether to attend your appointment, please call the spa so we can advise you. Should you have any specific questions at this stage regarding our policies, please don’t hesitate to ask.
